Our client is a leading JCB dealership with over 20 years of industry expertise. With sites based across the South East, they have a diverse customer base, from small one-person businesses to major international companies.

Now, they’re looking for a Parts Sales Advisor / Van Driver to join their busy Parts Department in Braintree.

In this key customer-facing role, you will have the chance to directly contribute to the success of the depot by ensuring that targets are achieved. 

What will I be doing? 

As a Parts Sales Advisor / Van Driver, you’ll sell parts and attachments to customers. You’ll also deliver products to customers throughout Braintree and the surrounding area. 

Focusing on delivering a high-quality customer experience, you will: 

- Answer incoming telephone calls to the depot  
- Provide advice to customers and suggest the best products to meet their needs 
- Build strong working relationships with customers 
- Operate a forklift truck in the depot 
- Maintain the correct stock in your van 

What do I need? 

- Experience within the automotive industry or similar 
- A full, valid driving licence 
- Great customer service skills 
- A positive attitude 

Our client would be eager to hear from you if you’ve worked as a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor, Service Advisor, Delivery Driver or Service Technician. 

Other titles for this role may include Driver, Parts Sales Assistant, Sales Advisor, Depot Assistant, Sales Rep, Customer Sales Advisor or Customer Service Assistant.
