Apprenticeship Coordinator

Salary: £20,456 - £22,392

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

As Apprenticeship Coordinator you will assist the Head of Apprenticeships in providing a cross-college service to support and enhance the systems, compliance and quality of Apprenticeships at South Devon College.  You will actively contribute to the continued growth of apprenticeship provision, working with Section Heads and College managers to set and monitor targets and support the development of new areas of provision.  Using your initiative you will support, and occasionally lead, system and process developments and compliance monitoring to ensure that processes capture data effectively.

The successful candidate will need to hold a level 3 qualification and GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent, in English and maths, alongside evidence of regular and accredited CPD activity.  You will need to have previous experience in Apprenticeship Education and of supporting projects and improving processes.  We are looking for someone who has excellent IT skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing and the use of new systems.
