Then you could be just the person we're looking for to support service users in their exciting new Flats, in Weymouth!
Willow View, Birch Loft, Maple Cottage & Oak Lodge is supported accommodation for 15 adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
We have various Support Worker roles available; full or part-time hours
Our service users are at the heart of what we do and every Support Worker is a crucial member of our team, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live the life they want.
Every day working for Encompass is different from the last and as a support worker you will be helping our service users with all aspects of their daily lives, including getting ready (including personal hygiene), preparing meals, going to appointments, socialising, helping manage money, taking part in hobbies and more.
Although not essential, previous experience would be an advantage, but you will need to be flexible, reliable and committed.
