This highly regarded and well established financial services network are recruiting for a Distribution Services Adviser on a full-time, permanent basis.
As Distribution Services Adviser, you will co-ordinate the administration processes and the provision of technical expertise to the networks partners, advisers and other areas of the business as required.
Key duties include:-
* Responsibility for co-ordinating the administration new client contracts.
* Maintenance and scheduling of Ongoing Servicing Reviews for clients.
* Maintenance of client records to the highest standards.
* Assessment of adviser recruitment applications, pro-actively co-ordinating appointments in line with Financial Conduct Authority and business standards / policies.
* Wider support for across Distribution Services
* To provide support to Head and Director of Distribution Services, where necessary.
Knowledge / Experience:-
* Experience of operating in a busy and demanding role
* Providing service excellence and building strong working relationships at all levels
* Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Experience of managing SLA's and issue resolution
