This is an excellent opportunity to build on our clients current success of their graduate and apprentice recruitment programs. This is a varied role that will see you attending milk rounds and facilitating assessments centres and another day you maybe long listing and interviewing candidates.

Our client is seeking a passionate Graduate/Apprenticeship recruiter who is excited by the opportunity to join a newly established Talent Acquisition team and has a genuine interest in graduate/apprentice recruitment.

You will have proven experience of successfully managing volume end to end recruitment, with strong project management capabilities. You will also possess the confidence to facilitate assessment centres and undertake public speaking during our graduate conferences. Your ability to relate well with young professionals and strong influencing skills will be critical to your success
