Electronics Test Technician
Due to expansion, JRS are recruiting for a successful electronics business in Ash Vale for an Electronics Assembly and Test Technician to come and join their business on a permanent basis.
This role will cover all aspects of support through the production life cycle of new products into manufacture.

Duties include:
* Working with Product Engineers to construct prototypes
* Carry out acceptance testing on prototypes using instruments such as multi-meters, electronic data acquisition units, oscilloscopes and electronic loads.
* Ensuring assembly documentation is completed
* Introduction of prototypes into manufacturing environment and liaising with production
* Construction of wiring and bespoke test equipment using basic mechanical fabrication
* Soldering and rework of PCB boards for new products and test equipment's
* Any other duties as required by the Production Manager
Required Skills
* Diploma level qualified in electronics or equivalent experience in an electronics design environment
* Ability to use basic electronics test equipment
* Competent in soldering and rework of electronic PCB boards
* Proficient user in MS Word and Excel
* Ability to work to deadlines
