This is a niche recruitment firm that specialises in Sales and Marketing recruitment at the senior end of the market - much of the work that they undertake is retained and as a result that are looking for someone to focus on the candidate generation part of the role. You will be able to have client contact too but you will not have to win the business. The role would suit either someone who is currently doing a candidate generation role or perhaps someone who is looking to return to work but who does not want to travel in to London each day. The company offers a flexible working environment and would consider 4 days a week. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of proactive candidate sourcing.
