Out of Hours Customer Service Advisor (Home Based)

We urgently seek a Part Time (Home Based) Customer Service Advisor required for a busy courier business. This is a permanent position. 

The role will require you providing shift cover as part of a small team from 1800hrs during weekday evenings and through the night and occasional weekends. Handling inbound calls from a small group of ViP clients, you will be responsible for taking bookings and allocating to our courier staff out in the field. 

The successful candidate will have a professional telephone manner and have previous customer service experience either face to face or telephone based. The role requires good literacy and numeracy skills.
