Data Cabling Engineer

This Structured Cabling Company based in Sandhurst requires Data Cabling Engineers for on-going CONTRACT work UK wide.

Offering a complete range of services, they deliver the very best structured cabling systems that support and enhance data and voice traffic requirements and work to ensure that business infrastructure works at its optimum.

Their clients span a diverse sector of business including Leisure & tourism, Financial, Retail, Data Centres, Education, Healthcare, Councils, Logistics & Transportation and general office locations.

They have a number of large projects with prestigious customers which they need to resource both Junior and Experienced data cabling engineers urgently.

The role includes:

- Installing and testing Copper & Fibre cabling solutions
- Wireless network solutions
- Testing and terminating cables
- Rack tidy-up
- Identifying and resolving cable errors/issues
- Fluke testing

Skills:

- Competent written and spoken communication
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Team player
- Competent maths skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure

Travel and accommodation are paid
Possibility of European Travel
CSCS card
Driving license is essential
They are looking for both experienced engineers and juniors
Competitive rate of pay for the right candidates dependent on experience
Day rate: £80 - £140
Over Time will be paid as the job requires
