Lettings and Neighbourhoods Team Leader
Carlisle or Newcastle
36.25 hours per week

Castles & Coasts Housing Association is committed to providing excellent services to our customers and we are now recruiting a Lettings and Neighbourhoods Team Leader to join our team covering Carlisle, Kendal and Newcastle. To be successful in the role you will have experience in delivering housing services and will be able to show the desire and passion to overcome challenge, adapt to change and be solution focussed.
The Lettings and Neighbourhoods Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team to deliver an excellent service across all aspects of lettings and tenancy management, including issues of safeguarding and anti-social behaviour.
