Tenancy Services Officer (18 hours per week)
You will provide a generic housing management service (in conjunction with the local housing officer) for 219 units of accommodation in the Hull area - including control of rent arrears, voids, lettings and tenancy issues. Based in one of our Hull offices you will be expected to travel to our schemes in Driffield and Swanland on a regular basis.
You must have a genuine commitment to customer care and resident involvement; good communication, IT and time management skills. You will need to be self motivated, well organised and able to work on your own initiative, ideally with experience in a housing related role together with a working knowledge of housing legislation.

Employment will be subject to an enhanced disclosure & barring service (DBS) disclosure and satisfactory references being obtained.
Applicants must hold a full driving license and have use of their own vehicle, essential car user allowance and mileage allowance will be paid.
Contract to commence Monday 14th January 2019 working Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
