GBP15.00 per hour
Full time hours, 37.5 hours per week
A project manager is required to join a well known institute in Cambridge as they are experiencing a busy period at present.
Your role will to ensure that the programmes team delivers to the highest standard possible especially with key projects in October and November. There will be a team that you will manage and develop during the project.
The key areas you will be responsible for:
* Project Management and Delivery
* External Relations
* Financial Management
* Systems and procedures
* Line and supervisory management
* Health, Safety & Environment
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
* Ideally you will be educated to degree standard or equivalent
* Demonstrable experience of working within a project team on complex projects
* Experience of complex event management
* Have a background in conducting project related research
* Must have advanced project planning skills
* Understanding of key sustainability concepts e.g climate change, conservation, resource depletion.
* Be able to demonstrate a high level of competence across standard software packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio
