The job role of the Account Manager is to operate as the lead contact for all matters specific to the Health & Social Care recruitment desk. To build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships including negotiating contracts and agreement.

•A degree and sales experience is preferable; however, it is not essential if you are of graduate calibre.

You will be responsible for:-
- Conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles
- Advertising vacancies onto job boards within company guidelines
- Sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, cv searching and branch network
- Work with the talent team to co-ordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment
- Re-writing and optimising adverts
- Taking Candidate queries
- Sourcing candidates via Job Board databases
Person specification: -
Minimum 6 Months' experience in a Recruitment environment
Excellent written English (C or above GCSE)
Articulate with Great customer service
B2B Sales experience (Desirable)
