Part Time Night Porter - 2 Nights Per Week/20 Hours Per Week - GBP9.34 p

Juice Hospitality are recruiting for the position of Part Time Night Porter with our client a 5* Hotel in Hampshire. You will be working 2 nights per week, 10 hours per shift - a total of 20 hours per week. You will start work at 9.30pm and finish at 8.00am, with a 30 minute break.

The role of Night Porter will be responsible for the security of the hotel at night ensuring that any guests needs are taken care of to the standards set by the company.

Responsibilities:

To assist the duty manager in the smooth running of the hotel

This means:

•Have a knowledge of security, future training and fire drill practice
•Have an intimate knowledge of where fuse boxes are
•Guest assistance, check in/early check out when required
•Parking guest cars
•Make sure on site vehicles are charged.
•Logging any problems that have arisen overnight
•Assisting early morning staff with arranging rooms, keys etc
•Be a visible presence overnight

This position is 20 hours per week over 2 nights. Applicants should be able to commit to a rota which works 2 nights out of 7. You should also be aware the role involves working weekends, Christmas and bank holidays. In return a generous hourly rate of GBP9.34 per hour and excellent staff benefits.
