GBR Recruitment are working in close partnership with a well established grounds maintenance business, are recruiting for experienced Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Team Leader to carryout & oversee grounds / landscaping works on behalf of new build housing projects, industrial business parks, public areas, residential & commercial properties.

Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Team Leader Job Overview:
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (40 hours a week), anything after 4pm is overtime, paid at x1.33 rate (average of 10 - 15 hours overtime a week)
Overtime: Regular opportunities to work extra hours daily to enhance earnings further
Duties:
* Supervising all works & ensuring a high quality timely finish
* Motivating, mentoring & coaching the operatives
* General Landscaping & Grounds maintenance works
* Cutting lawns
* Pruning and cutting shrubs
* Hedge Maintenance
* Weed Spraying
* Litter Picking
* Leaf collection
* Blowing & Sweeping of hard standing
Occasional soft landscaping- planting & turf laying
Requirements:
* PA1 & PA6 pesticides certification / experience using pesticides & chemicals
* Driving Licence required
* Trailer Licence beneficial (preferable but not essential)
* Experience of Grounds Maintenance on commercial sites
* Experience of ride on & pedestrian mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers & other tools etc.
* CSCS Card
