The HR Advisor / HR Officer will support the HR function across the business, assisting with employee relations, recruitment, policy administration, payroll and training and development.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an advisory capacity, excellent organisational skills, the ability to build strong working relationships and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8:45am to 5:15pm and Friday 8:45am to 4:15pm.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Advisor / HR Officer will provide comprehensive and professional, proactive HR generalist advice and support to line managers, within legislative guidelines and in line with internal HR practices.
* Support with Recruitment, Payroll and Policy administration
* Support projects, training and development activities
* Provide sound advice, disciplinary support and guidance to key stakeholders
* Keeping the HR systems updated accurately
* Work closely with OH as required
* Other generalist duties
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Experience working in HR in an advisory capacity
* Level 3 CIPD qualification would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Well organised and able to work to tight deadlines
* IT Literate
