Care Co-ordinator – Part Time
Plymouth - office and field based (40% office and 60% field based)

This is a part time role, working 19 hours per week over two and a half days, including 2 x 7.5 hour days and 1 x 4 hour day.

Premier Care Plymouth provides a range of high-quality care services to help individuals lead fulfilled lives. We support individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, sensory loss and mental health issues.
Our team is growing, and we’re now looking for a Care Co-ordinator to join us on a part time basis.

The Role
As a Care Co-ordinator, your primary function will be actively monitoring, supporting and developing the service in a 'hands on' capacity while providing a positive effective link between the management team and the team leaders/staff. You will also be required to cover 'on call' on a rota basis.
About You
To be considered as a Care Co-ordinator, you will need:
- A driving licence and to have your own transport
- Experience of working in a supervisory and/or management position
- Experience of working within the care sector
