As Customer Service Technician you will have the responsibility of providing a quality customer experience meeting customers expectations on all enquiries while delivering regulatory and company standards. Serving the customers will be an important aspect of this, keeping them informed throughout their journey with us and giving advice on Network Regulations. If you're good you will be able to plan and execute network isolations to facilitate planned and reactive access to our networks. Writing and reviewing method statements for operations and interactions with the network while ensuring all valve operations are completed safely and recorded on GIS. To be successful you will be able to implement authorisation through the NW103 process to control access to the network. You will also take water quality samples to assure the quality of the water we serve. To join the team, you need to have experience in helping others and solving problems.
