They provide over one million members with access to nearly 3,000 locations in the UK and Europe, as well as giving them access to their vast knowledge and expertise in how to make the most of caravanning as a leisure pastime.
They are now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive advertising sales and generate revenue growth through new business.
As Business Development Manager you will ensure monthly advertising sales targets are achieved by building long term professional partnerships with new and existing clients. Developing and implementing new opportunities to grow revenue via all marketing channels (including digital, email/Newsletter, Sponsorship, Directories and events), you will sell advertising space within the display section of the magazine to brands within and outside of the leisure and touring sector.
Building partnerships with new and existing clients to actively meet their advertising needs and grow revenue, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient management of the whole advertising sales
process.
With 3-4 years’ success in a Sales position within the publishing sector, you will have a proven track record in new business development and be comfortable working under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, proactive and results driven, you will have excellent communications skills, a good understanding of financial performance drivers and the commitment and enthusiasm to drive through change.
A good understanding of financial performance drivers, results driven, and excellent organisational skills is essential.
