Valuer/Business Transfer Agent
Up to GBP40,000 + bonus + company car
My Client based in the Leeds area is an extremely successful, well established and forward thinking organisation who provide valuable advice within the independent business sector. They are seeking an experienced Valuer/Business Transfer Agent to join their existing and expanding team. Your role will be to value businesses on behalf of business owners in Yorkshire and from the midlands up to the Scottish boarders and bring them to the market. You will work out of the office in Leeds on days where you are not out on the road Valuing Businesses.
The Role
- Attend Clients businesses by prior appointment and provide valuation advice
- Successfully negotiate business sales
The Person
- A minimum of two years of previous experience within a similar role
- Strong track record in sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent English writing and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the trade sector and current market trends
