I am looking for Scheme Manager in Sussex or the surrounding areas. As a Scheme Manager you will be expected to provide local housing management and housing related support services to residents living the schemes.
Key duties of the role includes:-
* Managing and monitoring services and contracts that operate in at the scheme
* Liaising with Internal and external contractors
* Regularly attending panel meetings for the allocation of tenancies.
* Managing the timely turnaround of voids and to ensure that repairs are reported within the agreed timescale
* Interpreting data on standard reports i.e. empty property management , invoices and accounts
* Demonstrate knowledge of continue professional development
* Working day to day with older people in a service environment
Key skill:
* In date DBS
* Experience of working with vulnerable people
* Effective communication skills
