Senior / Principal Planner
We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Construction sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior/Principal Planner to join a highly successful planning team based at their East Midlands office
Senior/Principal Planner's Core Duties
The role requires someone that is capable of maintaining the highest standards of client care as well as the ability to win new business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of complex projects and duties will include project management, residential and commercial development, written representations, informal hearing and public inquiry submissions, submission of representations to development plans, site appraisals, negotiating section 106 legal agreements, submission of planning and advertisement consent applications.
Senior/Principal Planner's Skills required
* Minimum of 3 years (Senior)
* 5 years (Principal) experience
* Chartered Member of the RTPI.
* Previous private consultancy experience is desirable but not essential.
