Highly regarded Managed Print Solutions business seeks a disciplined Studio Manager, to lead their internal team in scheduling & delivering their diverse Retail POS Creative Services proposition.
As the Studio Manager, you will be a highly organised professional, ideally possessing a strong background in Retail POS / Instore Marketing and accustomed to leading / managing the workload across a busy Design Studio, coordinating and scheduling briefs (often using an excel based Gantt chart received from various Project Management teams), assessing and assigning those tasks according to their design / manufacturing requirement, whilst working closely with major UK Retailers and Brands, maintaining effective communication and delivery of their in-store marketing campaigns.
You must be a robust / disciplined character, confident in your experience and ability to lead a strong creative team, able to engage at a variety of levels and accustomed to managing the day to day responsibilities of the Studio, keeping track of time sheets, holiday requests, sickness / absence cover coordinating and organising freelancers when necessary.
Ideally you will have good practical exposure of the Adobe Creative Suite and be accustomed to the consistent & practical use of a proprietary Business MIS (ideally Prism).
This role demands an intelligent and motivated Creative Department leader, with strong production planning awareness and offers an influential role within a progressively creative and diversely capable Production business, with the opportunity to deliver enhanced direction of a committed Creative team
