Following on from an outstanding 2017, Frank Recruitment Group are looking forward to an even better 2018 and our ambitious growth plans for the year to come are already well under way. We have recently received significant investment to fuel our growth plans and have already seen the results of this with the founding of new brands and opening of new offices worldwide. As a result of the growth of our Sales Teams, we are also growing our support functions, in particular our Recruitment Sales Training division. We are therefore seeking a Recruitment Sales Trainer to join our Newcastle Head Office.

What the role of a Recruitment Sales Trainer involves:

* Design and implement solutions for training needs across the business
* Developing training materials
* Daily Power Sessions
* Coaching sessions delivered daily
* Analyse business activities and design business strategies for penetration of markets
* Educate staff on company guidelines and best practice
* Represent the company culture and ethos of Frank Recruitment Group
* Maximise both sales and performance of the team through continual motivation
* Share product and market knowledge with sales staff to develop them as recruiters
* Helping Consultants to develop and maintain client relationships and educate Consultants on client engagement and promoting the company
* Continuously ensure the performance of the team and identify any issues that will limit performance
* Engage with key stakeholders across all FRG brands to identify Consultants' needs
* Tracking performance of population using KPIs
* KPI feedback and evaluation
* Floor motivation
* Waste data production and management

What we require from a Recruitment Sales Trainer:

* Minimum 12 months' experience in a recruitment and/or sales role
* Strong work ethic and motivation to learn with a drive to win
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Coachable personality with the ability to think on your feet
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Proven track record of success
* Demonstrating enthusiasm for the recruitment industry
* Accountability for learning outcomes
* Proactively identifying improvements for training and development
* Role-modelling the business standards at all times
* Be prepared to offer support and advice outside of the structured training program
* Always be a trusted advisor to the sales Managers
* Taking responsibility for your own development and remaining up-to-date with the latest recruitment techniques
* Maintaining knowledge of the sectors in which Frank Recruitment Group operates
