School Administrator

Liverpool based school looking for experienced administration staff.

Your new company
Hays Education are currently working with a number of settings across Liverpool LA including primary, secondary and SEND schools, looking to appoint administration staff in a range of vacancies.

Your new role
Exact job descriptions will vary school to school, but the main areas we are recruiting for currently are:

• General front of house / receptionists
• SIMS administration
• Attendance Officer
• Finance support using FMS
• Data Management including Exams

Hours vary from full time - part time, so whatever your experience level and circumstances we can support you in finding a role that will fit your needs.

What you'll need to succeed
For the majority of roles prior school experience would be an advantage, although some of the receptionist posts could prove to be a great way to move into education administration. You will be calm and professional when working in a busy office environment, with the ability to prioritise work effectively on a daily basis. Successful appointment to a school role will depend on you completing an enhanced DBS certificate.
