Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Graphic Designer to join a new in-house marketing team at a really exciting stage for Cobalt Housing. Working on mixed-scale on and offline campaigns and helping to create a variety of contemporary visual content to reflect a new digital approach, you’ll play an integral part in transforming internal and external communications for all departments.

This is a new role within the business; placed within the Marketing & Communication’s team and responsible to the Marketing and Communications Manager you will be expected to develop creative and engaging designs from concept to delivery, for use across different media and platforms, promoting and protecting the visual identity of the company. The role will involve working with and developing existing brands and delivering effective communications across Cobalt’s multimedia channels with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience managing digital channels, including social media and website content management systems and be confident in producing publications and using professional graphic design software (in particular, Adobe Creative Suite software).

It is also essential that the successful candidate should hold a relevant qualification in design or marketing and can demonstrate how they have continued to develop their skills and keep ahead of trends.

The candidate should also be able to work on their own initiative and will adhere to and promote Cobalt values and behaviours.

Cobalt Housing is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
