Within our HR Learning and Development team, you will manage our management and leadership courses and programmes as well as providing learning and development advice to individuals and teams. As part of your role you will be involved in projects and initiatives ranging from career development to utilising digital learning tools and modernising our Learning Management System.

You may run occasional workshops or briefing sessions yourself and ensure the effective delivery of programmes and courses through our external learning providers. Naturally you will also be involved in monitoring progress, reporting and preparing material for some of our development events.

Based at our UK headoffice in Guildford, you will work alongside the other L&D team colleagues and report to the Head of Learning and Development. This role provides the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and experience as an L&D specialist as well as to work together with our HR generalists for a potentially wider career in HR.

Skills and Experience:

You will have experience in providing learning and development advice, designing learning solutions and facilitating workshops. Ideally you have also been involved in mentoring. Experience in managing external providers as well as managing projects would be an advantage. You are comfortable working with colleagues and stakeholders across the whole organisation.

You will have very good MS office user skills for Word, Excel and Powerpoint

You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Well organised and self-motivated. Professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to operate effectively in a busy sometimes pressurised environment.
