A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Registered Manager within a highly established and fully compliant Domiciliary Care agency in the Neath area!
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the branch including: setting up and reviewing care packages, recruitment and induction of new staff, ensuring the branch is fully compliant in line with CIW regulations, as well as sustainably growing the business.
The company also have a number of training rooms on site, so you will also be involved in the delivery of various in-house training courses for care staff, including Manual Handling.
If you have the QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, aqnd experience at management level within a Domiciliary Care setting then you will be perfect for this role!
