Our client is a well-established co-educational preparatory school. They aim to nurture the talents of each of their pupils and provide them with skills and experiences to last a lifetime. They are now looking for an Academic Systems Data Administrator to support the smooth running of their systems and applications.
As an Academic Systems Data Administrator, you will:
- Support all aspects of data creation, inputs and outputs
- Manage the school’s assessment, reporting, recording and tracking systems
- Prepare the new academic year calendar in SIMS
- Ensure the smooth transfer of data between systems
- Set up and maintain registration groups, allocate student memberships, tutors and other
associated roles
- Be responsible for the set up and data management of the annual staff parent conference booking system
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need experience of the following:
- Working in a data management environment
- Managing and developing a SIMS database, or significant experience with another industry standard database and the willingness to learn SIMS
- Producing accurate data for reporting and assessment
