The Experience
You will currently be a Senior Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant General Manager in a high volume, high quality pub or restaurant,
Experience of working in a small and highly ambitious business
Experience of working in a winning team
Have a passion for wine/beer/spirits
Can clearly demonstrate being a great leader
