Sales Account Manager

Spring Technology are working in partnership with a market leading organisation to recruit an experienced Sales Account Manager in Central London.

The Role

As a Sales Account Manager you will work with a number of our clients key accounts to maintain the existing relationship and add value to their current services. You will be responsible for delivering agreed targets by adopting the correct account management techniques and tools.

The Responsibilities

*Developing and executing a call Matrix/cycle which will optimise ledger penetration for contacting customers
*Establishing and maintaining accurate records of all customer contacts and associated information, updating company reporting systems and databases on the CRM system
*Ensuring that each customer has an established business development plan in place
*Ensuring that an appropriate customer special arrangement (CSA) is in place for every customer, and that this is regularly reviewed
*Contacting all customers contained within an allocated ledger and ensuring that regular contact is established to identify opportunities and further develop business. This will also include proactively contacting dormant customers with a view to reactivating spend
*Promoting a good company image and ensure the highest standards of service to each of your customers
*Maintaining and follow up all quotations, highlighting and recording successes and detailing any reasons for failures

The Requirements
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Ability to build customer relationships over the phone
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals
*Good working knowledge of company IT systems
*Ability to demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills
*Excellent customer service skills
*Ability to work as an individual
