Red Rock Partnership Ltd are delighted to be working with our prestigious client based in Lincoln. Our client is a family run business within the Motor Industry that formed in 1954 and are currently looking to recruit a Aftersales Manager to start within their business.
The Role:
* Continuously monitor progress and ensure that corrective actions are put into place if necessary
* Present strategies at management meetings
* Maintain employee's productivity records and efficiency
* Action Planning to achieve objectives and forecasts
* Responsibility for the development and retention of business by ensuring yourself and your team offer the highest levels of customer service
* Deal with customer complaints in a timely and responsible fashion
* Recruit, train and develop teams
* Responsibility for subordinate staff and their duties
Who we are looking for:
* You will have extensive knowledge and experience of running an aftersales team
* The ability to create a good working atmosphere, enthuse and motivate a team
* Allow others to express an opinion and feedback
* You will be able to reach target agreements with employees and to monitor the level of target achievement
* You must be very well self-disciplined, be able to cope under pressure and passionate
Hours: 8.00am to 18.00pm - Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable, Competitive and Dependent on experience.
