An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join us at our office in Colchester.
Within this role, you will provide front line service desk support dealing with incoming queries either via the phone or call logging system, and undertaking, where possible, for resolution. You will identify trends of service logs to identify where an on-going problem is, or to create a new problem log and will configure and maintain Mobile Devices that are used by the staff, including Mobile Phones and Tablets. You will also participate in testing of applications to ensure they are fit for purpose before being released to the Care division.
As part of a team, you will ensure that all Investigative tickets are dealt with in a professional manner whilst prioritising Tasks and Incidents based on their impact to the user and business. Working within an agreed set of SLAs, you will ensure that tickets are accurately managed to resolution and to the customer’s satisfaction.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a customer facing position, ideally within a similar 1st Line Service Desk role. With strong computer skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, you will preferably have knowledge of Coldharbour and CellTrak, or other applications used in the Care industry. Although not essential, a Degree or equivalent in Computing Studies would be an advantage.
