HR Manager - Doncaster
An experienced HR Manager is required for a 1 year fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
Location: Doncaster
Salary:- GBP35,000 basic + Car or GBP6,000 car allowance
Start:- January 2019 - January 2020
Role:
Working with in the Construction sector for a main contractor who is looking for someone to cover a 1 year maternity contract which she is due to leave the company in February 2019. This is why they need someone to start in January so you get a full 5 weeks hand over period.
This position will be covering the Yorkshire region so travel will be required between the offices in the region with Leeds and Doncaster being the largest. Working in the construction sector you will cover HR generalist duties as well:-
?? Succession planning with the Leadership team
?? Recruitment processes and Interview support
?? Training and development plans
?? Annual reviews
As with any HR role you will be required to offer both support and guidance for the region, ideally this happens on a Monday to Friday basis with in normal hours. If an issue's was to arise that is critical to the business then your dedication is required to resolve the matter. In effect you are the permanent HR Manager and as such treated as one for all HR matters with in the region.
Required Experience:
You need to have a minimum of CIPD level 5 qualification supported by proven experience in being in a HR leadership role be it Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager position. Experience of the Construction sector would be an advantage but not essential.
