This Hemel Hempstead based telecommunications company are looking to add a provisioning co-ordinator to their team
This friendly, social company are looking for alike minded person to join them who they can develop and train to become a high performing member of the team
The job role will include a lot of customer care duties such as, Dealing with orders, logging customer complaints and sending and receiving emails related to queries.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in telecomms, be very oragnised and efficient, deals with pressure well and is confident on the phone. The job role is 9-5:30 Monday to Friday and the dress code is casual
Requirements for this role include experience in Telecomms, a friendly and confident personality, someone who is very organised and willing to work within a fast paced environment.
The salary is £19,000 per annum and the role offers 20 days holiday
