Supervisor/Assistant Manager

This Hemel Hempstead based self storage company are looking to add a branch supervisor to their growing team.

The employer are newly established In Hemel Hempstead and specialise in self storage. Their focus is to make sure that they offer great customer service and offer positive customer experience to anyone coming into or phoning the store

The job itself will include supervising the customer sales advisers, making sure that they are hitting KPI`s, day to day liason with customers and working both within a team and alone. You will also take on Managerial responsibilities when the branch manager is absent

The ideal candidate will have managerial experience of at least a year, some form of sales experience and somebody that can offer exceptional customer service skills alongside good written verbal communication skills.

The requirements for this role include someone that is comfortable supervising a team, somebody with great communication skills alongside ideally some form of sales experience in the past.

The salary for this role can be up to £22,000 Per annum dependant on the successful applicant.
