Forklift Engineer / HGV Fitter / Car Mechanic
Location: Maidenhead
Salary: GBP29,300 - GBP35,000
Rota: Mon - Fri 7.30am - 5pm
Overtime: Available at higher rate
My client, a large heavy plant hire company, is looking for a qualified and experienced Forklift Engineer / HGV Fitter / Car Mechanic to join their team. The Forklift Engineer / Plant Fitter / Plant Technician will be based out of the Maidenhead Depot.
The Forklift Engineer / HGV Fitter / Car Mechanic will be working on a range of Forklifts, Telehandlers and Rotation Handlers.
The main responsibilities of the Forklift Engineer / HGV Fitter / Car Mechanic will include;
Routine Service and maintenance of Forklifts, Telehandlers and Rotation Handlers.
Repairs as necessary to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose
The client is prepared to offer the Forklift Engineer / HGV Fitter / Car Mechanic;
A competitive salary with excellent overtime rates
Genuine opportunities for career progression
The successful Forklift Engineer / HGV Fitter / Car Mechanic will have;
Experience in a similar role within the last 2 years would be an advantage
A full UK Driving licence
