This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a company based in Northampton (required to travel to London 1 day a week).
Person specification
- 5 years HR experience (minimum)
- Excellent process and legislation knowledge
- Good working knowledge of employment law with the ability to implement that knowledge to resolve workplace issues
- Able to demonstrate previous HR related achievements and best practise
- Able to multitask and think on your feet
HR Manager responsibilities and duties
The HR Manager will take the lead on all HR activities and will be responsible for the day to day HR operations, managing the administration of the policies, procedures and programmes of the organisation.
