Complex Care Worker

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable carers to work in a 1-1 team to support a male with complex needs in his family home in Wallingford, South Oxfordshire.

Radis Community Care is a successful family-run care company which has been delivering care and support across England & Wales to over 40 branches for 17 years.

The successful candidate will work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and evenings.

Your duties will include support and assistance with:

• Personal care needs
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation
• PEG
• Epilepsy
• Catheter and bowel care

Full training will be provided by Radis, however experience of working in a rehabilitation setting would be desirable.

Skills and requirements

• A keen interest in working within a caring environment
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, verbal and written
• Must be a team player
• Be physically fit

Hours

Full time and part time contracts are available.

Day and waking night 12 hour shifts (8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am) and a 6 hour morning shift (7.30am to 1.30pm).
