The Ticketing & Membership Services department plays a major role in supporting the business to achieve Club revenue targets coupled with our vision to deliver world-class performance to our supporters both on and off the pitch. 

This position plays an integral role in supporting the Ticketing & Membership Team, ensuring all supporters ticketing queries/issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently when visiting our Ticket Office at Old Trafford on a matchday. The role is a face-to face role, dealing directly with supporters, and will be based primarily on the counter.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting supporters with ticketing queries on matchdays.
• Selling Official Membership and match tickets where appropriate.
• Checking that supporters using concession tickets are doing so appropriately.
• Recognising where tickets are potentially being misused and escalating accordingly.
• Liaise with the relevant staff should any issues of ticket misuse arise.
• Provide information to supporters on ticketing processes and also assist with ticketing enquiries.

 Experience:

You must be able to demonstrate;

• Customer service experience, preferably within a face-to-face environment.
• Sound personal qualities such as communication skills, flexibility, the ability to work in a team environment, self-motivation, enthusiasm and ability to work confidently under pressure.
• A practical approach to problem solving.
• Experience of dealing with potential conflict is desirable.

 Hours of Work:

You will be required to work matchdays and special events as they occur. Hours of work should be planned in accordance with the demands of the business and in accordance to the match Kick-Off times. Shifts will vary between 4-7 hours long dependant on the Kick off.
