AST Hampsons is looking for a Personal Injury Claims Handler to provide maternity leave cover.
Based in their Rochdale office, you will join a well-established law firm that specialises in conveyancing, family law, personal injury, and clinical negligence claims.
Your role
- Managing a caseload of Fast track Portal RTA, EL and PL cases
- Overseeing cases through all stages of the Portal including Stage 3
- Dealing with liability disputed cases that have dropped from the portal
You will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Degree level qualification in Law or a closely related subject
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- High level of attention to detail
