Technical Support Engineer - German Speaking

An excellent opportunity has arisen in a modern IT company that provide complete Data Protection Platform for businesses and IT professionals across Europe & America. Due to sustained growth and continued success they now require an additional person to contribute to their Technical Support team, who has added German language skills, located in Worcester.

Candidates who possess French or Spanish language skills will also be considered.

As Technical Support you will use phone or email to provide software technical support to customers and/or partners using the company products. You will provide front line support on questions ranging from basic to complex, with main focus on the European market, specifically the large German sector.


To be considered for this role you must be confident in your ability to communicate in German -written, reading and speaking and possess a strong and stable track record of good judgement and decision-making in positions with significant responsibility, within the IT sector.

BS or BA degree in a computer related field preferred, however equivalent work experience can replace the education requirement. You must possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of customers, and solid knowledge supporting Microsoft networks.

In return for all the above you will be offered a full time, permanent position within a growing organisation and a highly competitive basic salary circa £35,000 plus 10% company bonus.
