Location: North Yorkshire
Salary: GBP55k
Type: Permanent
Are you a HR Systems and MI expert? We are looking for a senior HR/Systems professional to deliver a remit that is responsible for the overall service delivery in a huge corporate organisation with business interest across the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for the governance across a shared service team which includes HR & Training Administration, ER Advice & Payroll.
With a focus on best practice customer service and continuous improvement you will be engaging and leading the MI Team. This role has a significant emphasis on systems (particularly NorthgateArinso & ResourseLink), along with responsibility for overall end to end delivery, process review and mapping.
You will have previous experience of conducting detailed HR & payroll process reviews as well as process mapping, including standardising work-flow and documentation. You will be well versed in putting into practice SOP's, SLA's and KPI's. Exceptional HR and General IT systems knowledge, including systems reviews and implementations are critical.
