Residential Property Solicitor
This is an excellent opportunity in Hull for an experienced and qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy residential property department. You will be a qualified solicitor with ideally at least 3 to 4 years PQE looking for your next career challenge. You will progress a large caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transaction instructions from inception through to completion and manage a small team of conveyancers.
This would suit an ambitious and career minded candidate looking for an opportunity where they can grow the business and help develop a team in a fast paced and busy environment.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with clients at all levels
-Good attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
-Strong decision making and problem solving skills
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Confident with managing a small team
