PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
We have an exciting vacancy for a Production Supervisor to manage the production of certificated timber fire door assemblies - based at our premises in Fleet.
Duties of the Production Supervisor to include the following:
* The supervision of approx. 10 Production staff
* Materials and tooling procurement using our Purchase Order system
* Adherence to HSE compliant health and safety standards
* Controlling all Stock
* Undertaking quality control
The successful candidate should have:
* Experience in a Supervisory role or Team Management
* Exceptional communication skills
* A high level of joinery production industry experience
* Be qualified to at least a relevant NVQ3 standard or equivalent
* Experience within the fire door manufacturing industry would be an advantage
* Should be proficient in the use of MS Outlook and excel software.
* Be able to follow detailed certificated production processes to produce compliant fire door systems
* Have a good eye for quality
* Be able to work to tight deadlines
* Have good team building skills
