StaffCo Direct are actively recruiting for 25x FLT Counterbalance drivers for one of our extremely well recognised clients based in Findern, Derby.
This role is ongoing Temporary with Permanent opportunity's for hardworking reliable individuals. Earning potential fulltime GBP25k to GBP32k per annum
We are looking for highly motivated, flexible FLT drivers who are able to take on the company's ethos and assist us in the support of our client's day to day operation.
The Job: On completion of a 30 minute Assessment / Induction Process
The role will involve Loading and Unloading Trailers
Movement of stock in the warehouse using FLT and Handball when required
Decanting / Quality inspecting parts
Adhering to site Health and Safety rules / procedures
Ensuring deadlines are hit in a fast-paced environment
The role will require you to be well presented, polite, courteous and to represent the client and StaffCo to a high standard at all times.
What we offer:
2 week rotating shift pattern days and nights. You must be able and prepared to work both shifts.
- Hourly Rate: GBP10.10 per hour Days - 07.00am - 16.00pm Monday to friday
- Hourly Rate: GBP11.10 per hour Nights - 20.00pm - 05.00am Monday to Thursday and 18.00pm to 03.00am Fridays
- Hourly Rate: Overtime after 40hrs GBP14.50 per hour Saturday GBP15.00 per hour Sunday GBP17.00
- The role is Monday to Friday with weekend overtime work available if desired
- 55min break split into first half of shift (15min) Lunch (30min) second half of shift (10min)
What we are looking for:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
- Ideally Car driver to get to work and home easily
- Experience in the same or similar role
- Excellent level or English
- Hardworking
- Good Timekeeping
- Customer care focused
- Well presented
- Physically fit
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous upon application of this role.
