Our Tenancy Services Team play a vital role in our success. Dedicated to providing a first-class service, their department is made up of 27 staff who look after every new let for our company, from application and reference stage to tenants checking out. There's never a quiet moment, as the team manage a growing portfolio of 3,000+ properties ranging from as far north as Carlisle, all the way down to Bristol.
Now, we're looking for a Property Management Team Leader to join our Tenancy Services Team in our modern offices in central Birmingham.

Your Role
As the Property Management Team Leader, you will be tasked with managing a team of six Property Maintenance Managers and taking part in the tenancy management and check-out maintenance for a portfolio of around 3,000 units.
This is a hands-on management role that will see you actively managing your portfolio as well as overseeing the work of your team. Your aim will be to deliver best-in-class service to customers whilst acting as the escalation point for your team and providing them with effective direction.
Specifically, you will:
- Support the team and provide progression routes
- Ensure KPIs are achieved
- Manage client reports and invoices
- Oversee and implement any HR aspects as they relate to your team
- Handle complaints
- Manage relationships with outsourced contractors
About You
To be considered as the Property Management Team Leader, you will need:
- Maintenance or residential letting specific experience
- Team management experience
- Motivation and enthusiasm
- A team player mentality
- Excellent time-keeping skills and a well organised approach
An ARLA qualification would be beneficial to your application, however this is by no means essential.
This is the ideal role for someone who has previously held the role of Property Manager Team Leader, Property Management Team Supervisor, Senior Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Lettings Team Manager, Rental Property Manager, Maintenance Manager, or Lettings Agency Manager.
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week.
