Salary - GBP22,000 - GBP25,000

Your role:
- To support the operational management of the site and deputise in the absence of the General Manager
Skills & Knowledge:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage your site team to achieve high levels of performance
- Support the wider business plans and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures
