We have an opportunity available to join our team as an Awards Coordinator in Chingford, London on a full time basis working 35 hours per week. In return you will receive a competitive salary of GBP29,260 inclusive of Outer London Weighting (Band E).
About the role
The purpose of this role is to manage the Scout Award function within the wider Member Support team including oversight and management of Youth and Adult award processes. You will also maintain strict confidentiality in respect of staff, volunteer and others' records, including privileged information relating to the services of the Association, staff, and volunteers.

What we are looking for in our Awards Coordinator ???
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of people
- Able to respond effectively to enquiries from Scout volunteers and people outside of Scouting
- Able to work systematically and accurately
- Able to manage a member of staff effectively
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of Scouting
- Experience of managing an independent and high profile administrative function
- Experience of supporting the Chair and members of a committee as they exercise their responsibilities
- Experience of using a variety of Microsoft Office applications
