Head of Programme Delivery

As our Head of Programme Delivery, you will, on behalf of the Business Change & Transformation Director, manage the professional practice of Business change and Programme delivery, providing expertise in service transformation and business change in pan-organisational projects, leading at a programme level.

The Head of Programme Delivery will firstly manage a number of change in flight projects in house and will then move on to support the delivery of a program of business change and transformation, including end to end digital transformation. Due to this, experience of digital transformation as well as business transformation is key to success in this position.

Working closely with the PMO function, The Head of Programme delivery will act as the gatekeeper of all designated projects and will provide advice and guidance across the PMO function and change engine. You will be confident driving the process and the pace of change and will manage resources, staffing requirements and skills needed for each project. You will have a strong delivery focus and will manage risk to the business. Ideally you will have user-centred service design experience to support the delivery of customer-focused change.
